Service Scope

VPN56 provides app-based smart routing for network acceleration, using client rules to distinguish direct connections in mainland China from international routes. The actual access path depends on routing settings, the selected route, and each app’s network behavior. Connection status alone should not be taken as an indication of the route used by every app.

The service covers 110+ countries / 190+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and client features are as shown in the user panel and client. Route coverage does not guarantee access to every region, website, or app in all network environments, nor does it change third-party service requirements for accounts, regions, or content licensing.

Accounts and Devices

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your username, password, and subscription details secure. Avoid publicly sharing links, configuration files, or screenshots that contain access credentials. If you notice an unusual login, exposed credentials, or activity you did not initiate, change your password promptly and report it through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, for use by the account holder on devices they manage. This does not permit public account sharing or distributing a subscription to others. Without permission, you may not resell or rent an account, use a subscription to provide network access to others, or abuse account features through automation.

Subscriptions and Data Rules

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Check the plan, amount, and data allowance before confirming an order, and review your order and subscription status in the user panel.

Data packs remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Monthly subscriptions and data packs follow different data rules. Choose based on your actual needs, and do not treat a data pack as a monthly-resetting subscription.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. For instructions, see the Refund Policy.

Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where you use the service, as well as the rules of the websites, apps, and platforms you access. Network acceleration does not grant legal permission for any purpose. You are responsible for confirming that your access and the content you handle are lawful.

You may not use the service for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, distributing illegal content, unauthorized access to other people’s systems, or other unlawful activities. Do not disrupt route operations or damage client or user panel features. Do not make abnormal, repeated requests that consume resources and affect other users. Disputes involving third-party accounts, content, or transactions must be handled under the applicable platform’s rules.

Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, the status of the destination service, device configuration, and maintenance. VPN56 does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted connections, or the availability of specific third-party services. Some features and routes may be temporarily affected during maintenance or outages.

If an issue occurs, first check your local network and routing rules. Then use a user panel support ticket to provide the error message, device operating system, and circumstances in which the issue occurred. Do not include your password or complete subscription details. These terms do not exclude liability that VPN56 is required by law to bear. VPN56 does not control third-party service content, charges, or account decisions.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing of subscriptions, malicious interference with operations, or another serious breach of these terms, VPN56 may, depending on the circumstances, restrict relevant features, suspend the service, or terminate the account. Any action will take the circumstances into account. You may explain the situation and request a review through a support ticket.

These terms may be updated due to feature changes, operational needs, or changes in applicable law. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated month will be revised. Changes that materially affect service entitlements will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you are entitled to by law. If you disagree with a change, stop using the relevant service and contact support about how your existing subscription will be handled.
