Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information VPN56 processes when providing its website, user panel, and network acceleration service, why it is processed, and what requests users may make.

Account & Order Data

No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. VPN56 processes usernames, password verification credentials, and account status to enable sign-in and verify permissions. Providing an email address is not a requirement for registration. If a user voluntarily includes an email address in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request and not for marketing.

Order records include the selected plan, order identifier, amount, payment result, activation status, and data usage. They are used to deliver subscriptions, reconcile payments, and process refunds. Ticket text and attachments submitted by users help troubleshoot issues; do not submit passwords, sign-in credentials, or complete subscription URLs.

No-Logs Policy & Connection Status

VPN56 does not record which websites users visit, store browsing history, request contents, or DNS query history, or keep connection logs that can be used to review individual browsing activity. Data usage is used to measure plan consumption; it does not include destination details and is not used to build individual browsing profiles.

Temporary connection states are used only while the current session is active and are cleared when it ends; they are not retained as long-term connection history. When a website request fails or an account shows unusual activity, necessary error categories and security incident information may be processed. This information should not include proxy traffic contents and is deleted or de-identified once its purpose has been fulfilled.

Access Analytics & Local Storage

Website analytics help assess page views, referral sources, button clicks, and page errors to improve navigation and workflows. Analytics are limited to interactions with the website and user panel; they do not extend to other websites accessed through international routes, and passwords or complete subscription URLs are not used as analytics parameters.

Cookies and browser local storage support necessary sessions and save sign-in status and language preferences. Users can clear or restrict storage in their browser settings; doing so may require signing in again and selecting preferences again. After signing out, users of shared devices should also clear any remaining session data. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete server-side account or order records.

Third-Party Payments & Data Disclosure

VPN56 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment provider or transfer network, and their data practices are governed by their respective policies. VPN56 receives transaction identifiers and payment results needed to verify orders; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

VPN56 does not sell personal information. Information is processed or shared only to the extent necessary to verify payments, perform essential technical maintenance, or meet legal obligations. When a disclosure request is made under applicable law, its legal basis and scope are verified. Routine access analytics are not used as a reason to disclose account information arbitrarily.

Retention Periods & Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained for the periods required to fulfill contracts, handle disputes, and comply with applicable laws. Support tickets are deleted or de-identified after issue resolution and any necessary review. Analytics data is deleted or aggregated when its purpose has been fulfilled; identifiable account-level details are not kept indefinitely.

Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete information through the support ticket portal, specifying the scope of the request. VPN56 will verify account ownership before processing it; deletion may affect sign-in and subscription delivery. Records that must be retained by law will have their use restricted, and the reason will be explained. They will be cleared when the legal basis for retention no longer applies.

Policy Updates & How to Contact Us

Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be revised. Significant changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, continued browsing will not be treated as a substitute for consent.

To ask how particular information is used or to submit a privacy request, please use the panel support ticket system. Subscription rules are set out in the Terms of Service, and refund arrangements are described in the Refund Policy.
